The SmartHub app allows you to make payments, report an outage, make account updates or view their electricity use on a daily, monthly or annual basis.  The app is available on iTunes or Google Play stores.  To download click the link below!

SmartHub allows members online access to account information and secure payment options. Members can choose paperless billing, update address and phone information, and view their bill as well as billing and consumption history.  Secure payment options include making online payments and enrolling for recurring bank and credit/debit card drafts. Bank account and credit card information can be saved for future online payments and can be changed for recurring drafts through SmartHub. 

While you’re logged in, you can sign up for email or text message alerts. Register your cell phone, landline, or email address with us, and we’ll make sure you stay in the loop. Set up your own alert preferences, and we’ll let you know when your bill is due, a payment is received, or outage information. 

With Central Texas Electric Cooperative's SmartHub, you have access to detailed data about your energy usage. This helps you identify ways to use less electricity and reduce your monthly bills.

SmartHub offers multiple charts and tables to help us visualize your electricity usage. You can view kWh (kilowatts consumed) in comparison to daily temperatures. The data can be broken down by month, week, day or billing cycle.

So, what do you do with all of that information?  Ask yourself some questions to better understand your usage.

• Are there unexpected patterns in your usage?

• Were your daily activities different on those days? (i.e. extra guests, laundry day, out of town)

• Was the temperature higher or lower on those days, causing the A/C or heat to run extra?

Some ways you can use SmartHub for energy use monitoring:

• Analyze and understand usage trends to find ways to cut back.

• Create and track a monthly budget to avoid unexpected high utility bills.

• Set a point or range in time to compare differences in usage.

Usage Comparison lets you compare two bills worth of usage history side by side. View the differences between this month last year, or other combinations to see how your bill varies each month.

Average Usage

Average Usage shows you what your typical or average usage is for your selected time period. For example, see your average usage on each day of the week (such as Tuesdays), over the course of a year. Or see your typical usage in each hour of the day over the course of two weeks. Discover when you can save the most on your utility bill.
