Cooperative pays 66 2/3 up to 13 weeks of disability of short-term disability.  Cooperative pays 66 2/3 of average base pay after 13 weeks of long term disability.

Paid time off (PTO) allowing up to 15 days during the first year of service, 20 days for five to ten years of service, and 25 days for more than 10 years of service.
